~my red XBOX came~!

first opinion of RE5: dislike. but we'll see if it gets any better. the game controls are pretty intuitive aside from my AI partner wandering off into a room and just standing there while I'm waiting for her to get in the damn elevator. I'm just not sure I like zombie games, aside from Dead Rising, which is awesome. I feel like RE takes itself too seriously. I mean, I've played Code Veronica before, but that seemed to have a better plot.

But I'm only on the first boss. (Just that it's being a terrible pain in the ass. Of course just when I'm learning to SHOOT AT IT AND IT'LL GO AWAY, they give me a boss that I have to lure into a fire room or someshit.)

Huh, I've been really wanting to get this game recently but I've been unwilling to shell out the 60 bucks for it.

How annoying have you found Sheva to be? I've heard some really mixed reviews. I never do very well with sharing my supplies with a greedy AI >>.

You know, when she first entered, I immediately wanted to dislike her. I mean, hell, the first shot of her is of her ass. The second is of her boobs. A few seconds later she gets felt up by some other guy. It's pretty obvious why she was put there.

However, I think she's pretty cool, and not as annoying as she could have been. The game makes me uncomfortable, so it was nice to have her shooting at the zombies as well (and sometimes even hitting them!! AMAZING). It was kind of annoying having to figure out which of us needed bullets more when we were surrounded by zombies, though. Also, if I'm not fast enough she runs in and slashes the barrels before I can get in there, which pissed me off.

Resi5 is a muuuuuch better game on co-op, gotta say. The AI is such a useless bint. And it really is too serious of a game, after the awesome lols that was 4.

RE5... I'm having mixed feelings about it. I LOVE the RE series, but... I don't know... I feel like five doesn't live up to the expectations I had. Still, from what I've heard, it does suck more on single player. *has been playing co-op the entire time*

With Code Veronica X, I didn't like the zombie killing part (lol) but I kept playing for the plot. Somehow I'm not forseeing that being the main driving point in RE5.
